Where is your practice?
We are in New Malden in the middle of Kingston Road, just next to the Baptist Church.

Can I park my car at the practice?
Yes, we have spaces for a few cars. In addition you can park on any side street in the surrounding area free of charge.

Do you accept NHS patients?
Yes, we accept new NHS patients.

Are you open on weekends?
Yes, we are open every other Saturday, plus we work long evenings every Thursday.

Do you have facilities for disable people?
Yes, our practice is on ground floor without steps and suitable for wheelchair access.

Do you see patients on the same day?
Registered patients will be seen within 24 of contacting us for an emergency appointment, usually on the same day.

I’m very scared about dental treatment, can you help?
We will ensure you do feel comfortable. Our team has extensive experience with treatments for very anxious patients. 
We can offer you different forms of sedation. We deal with nervous patients regularly.

Do you provide dental Implants?
Yes, we do. Dr Pritchard has a postgraduate qualification in implant dentistry.
